OUR STORY
In 2022, Eaglewing Knife & Tool was started by Bill Johnson and Keith Morris. In September of 2024, Bill decided to pursue other interests and left the company. Now, Keith has sole ownership of Eaglewing. He has been making knives as a hobby for many years. When the opportunity arose to start this business, Keith was all for it. Each knife is handmade in-house and is one-of-a-kind. No two knives are the same. Please enjoy taking a look at Keith's knife collection. 
Our knives are made with high carbon steels. The steels that we use are 1084, 1095, 15N20 and O1 Tool Steel. High carbon steel knives must be cared for by washing immediately after use, drying completely, and then treating with a food-grade wax or oil. Please do not put these knives in the dishwasher, they must be hand-washed.
